New ‘dental’ insurance portal helps people save money
A new website called the Insurance Knowledge Portal has opened up to help consumers save money on their dental insurance, while helping to ease some of the concerns over the lack of information available on the market.
The new website was launched Tuesday by i2s, which is an online marketplace that provides people with a wide variety of insurance options, including health insurance, property insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance.
“The Insurance Knowledge portal has become a cornerstone of the i2S community,” i2 Saks CEO Adam Cottle said in a statement.
“We know that when you know what you are getting into, you will save money.”
The site is available for free, and allows consumers to check their coverage status, and get a quote for a particular type of coverage.
Consumers can also see what their premiums would be if they chose to buy that coverage through the portal.
A person can then check out what types of dental services they would be covered for, and compare rates.
Cottle also pointed out that many consumers can’t see how much dental care they will get for free.
Insurance companies generally charge a premium for dental services, as it costs more to treat a person’s teeth than it does to fill them.
But that can often be offset by other health insurance costs, including copayments and deductibles.

Dental insurance companies typically charge a maximum of $1,200 for dental coverage, but some may also provide a higher rate.
For example, the average dental insurance premium in the U.S. is $3,735 per year, according to the American Dental Association.
In addition, many dental insurance companies offer discounts, often for cheaper rates, if they are in an area where dental coverage is available.
It can also be difficult to determine how much coverage you have because most insurers don’t disclose this information, Cottles statement said.
Once consumers sign up for the site, they can view their coverage history, and see what types and amounts of coverage they have.
Other i2 users who have tried the website include: Pamela, who works in marketing and finance at i2m, said she was initially hesitant about the website.
She said she felt like it was too much information, and that it could have been easier to just go to the website to see what coverage was available.
“I wanted to know what was the coverage available in my area,” she said.
“But I think it’s a good place to start.”
Rhett, who lives in San Francisco, said the website was easy to use, but was a bit of a pain in the ass to get a sense of what the options were.
After she went through the site and started saving money, she found the website helped her understand what dental insurance was for and what types were available.
“It’s really helpful to know that I’m getting coverage,” she told CBC News.
“I just want to know when I get coverage, and when it’s the best.”
Catherine, who runs a dental practice in the Boston area, also tried the site.
“At first, I was skeptical,” she wrote in a blog post.
“After a couple of weeks, I started using it and I’m enjoying it.
It really is worth the price.”
A woman in Texas, who has not yet had dental coverage through her employer, also wrote about the site’s usefulness.
“The site helps me save money and the best part is that the price is based on how much I have to pay for my coverage,” the woman said in an email.
“That helps me understand what is the most effective plan for my needs and I can compare the prices and find the best deal.”
